⭕ One Arrested, One Absconding, Minor Sent to Juvenile Home

Dhule : The Local Crime Branch (LCB) of Dhule district has successfully cracked down on a motorcycle theft racket. In this major action, the police recovered a total of 10 stolen motorcycles and arrested one of the accused. Another suspect managed to escape during the operation, while a minor involved in the crime has been sent to a juvenile correction home.
⭕ FIR Registered in Shindkheda
The case dates back to 25 September, when a complaint of motorcycle theft was lodged at the Shindkheda Police Station. Based on this FIR, the Local Crime Branch team began its investigation. Officer Shri Shriram Pawar of the LCB received a tip-off from an informer, following which the police team swiftly moved into action and laid a trap to nab the culprits.
⭕ Key Arrests and Recovery

During the operation, the police succeeded in arresting Mukesh Shankar Pawar from Dondaicha, while his associate fled from the spot and is currently absconding. Another minor involved in the crime was caught and immediately sent to a juvenile home as per legal procedure. The gang had allegedly been stealing motorcycles from other districts and then selling them in different villages across Dhule district. From the arrested accused, the police seized a total of 10 stolen motorcycles worth lakhs of rupees.
⭕ Police Action Under Senior Guidance
The entire operation was carried out under the guidance of Superintendent of Police Srikant Dhivare, with the leadership of LCB officer Shri Shriram Pawar and his team. Their timely action not only helped recover the stolen vehicles but also exposed the racket that had been operating across districts. The investigation is still in progress, and efforts are on to trace and arrest the absconding accused, along with recovering any other vehicles linked to the case.
