Mumbai: Senior Hindutva BJP leader and former Deputy Mayor of Mumbai, Babu Bhai Bhavanji, stated that in the long journey of 100 years, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) faced many crises. However, the sacrifice, dedication, spirit of service, and patriotism of its volunteers changed the course of time, making the organization a policy-maker of the nation today.
🟡 RSS: A School of Nationalism
Bhavanji said that the Sangh is a school of nationalism where anyone who joins must regularly attend the shakha. Daily activities include yoga, exercise, intellectual discussions, patriotic songs, and inspirational thoughts. These practices connect volunteers with patriotism and fill them with a spirit of devotion to the nation. Sangh volunteers work with complete dedication to the nation because the nation is supreme.
🟡 Service Beyond Directives
Whenever the country has faced challenges, the RSS has stepped forward to help. Volunteers reach everywhere to extend assistance. During the COVID pandemic, every volunteer, on their own initiative, engaged in service work. They delivered food and ration to neighborhoods. Through Seva Bharati, crores of people were helped across the country. They took care of migrant workers, provided them with medicine, water, and food, and ensured they reached their destinations safely.
🟡 A Global Superpower in the Making
Bhavanji concluded by saying that the day every citizen embraces the thoughts of the Sangh, India will become a global superpower. The organization’s dedication to the nation and its selfless service have earned it a place in the hearts of millions. As the RSS continues its journey, its impact on the nation’s policy-making and social fabric will only continue to grow.
