Dhule: A witnessed heartbreaking incident on Sunday when a young entrepreneur and well-known local youth, Shubham Singhvi, popularly called the “Real Star of Dhule,” lost his life in a tragic road accident.

According to reports, Singhvi, a resident of Sahjivan Nagar in Dhule, had gone early in the morning to participate in the Ganesh Visarjan at Tapi river. After completing the immersion rituals with his friends and community, he was returning home on his two-wheeler. However, near Kundane Phata on the busy Mumbai–Agra Highway, his motorcycle met with a severe accident. The impact was so strong that Singhvi died on the spot.

Eyewitnesses say the accident occurred when the roads were crowded with devotees returning after the visarjan processions. Police rushed to the spot and shifted the body for post-mortem.

The sudden demise of Singhvi has cast a shadow of grief over Dhule city. Known as a rising youth entrepreneur with a cheerful personality, his passing has left family, friends, and the business community in deep sorrow. Social media was also flooded with condolence messages late into the evening, with many remembering him as a lively and ambitious young man.

Community members say that the tragic accident is a reminder of the need for extra caution during festival processions and on highways that remain congested during such events.
