Indian men and women teams won the Kho-Kho world championships

New Delhi : The Indian men’s and women’s Kho Kho teams won the world Cup tournament and were crowned worldwide champions. The supremacy of Indian players in the indigenous game is recognized as an important victory for the Indian sports sector. The Indian women’s team won the inaugural World Cup event by defeating the Nepal women’s team by a margin of 78-40, while the Indian men’s team won by 54-36 in the final. The Indian team began with a lot of energy. While moving forward to the final round, they triumphed over Brazil, Peru, and Bhutan. In the quarter-finals, competitors such as Bangladesh were also defeated by the Indian team.The most crucial aspect was that in the semi-finals, the Indian team faced a powerful battle from the strong South African team, but India triumphed over this rival team and progressed to the World Cup final round.
Ramji Kashyap of the Indian team skydived to eliminate Nepal’s Naresh Pujara at the beginning of the final match, and the Indian team never looked back.This was the moment at which the Indian team was seen to be on track for victory in the final match.
