Ajit Pawar Takes a Dig at Awhad
Pawar also addressed the recent joining of Abhijeet Pawar, formerly from the Congress Party, to the NCP. He criticized Awhad, stating that the NCP had several prominent figures from Thane district who left due to one individual. Pawar emphasized the importance of introspection and self-awareness in leadership.
NCP’s Politics of Inclusion
Ajit Pawar highlighted the NCP’s commitment to politics of inclusion, valuing and respecting both new and old members. This approach has led to the induction of individuals like Abhijeet Pawar and NCP SP’s State Vice President Hemant Vani, who joined the NCP in the presence of hundreds of young party workers from Thane and Mumbra.
A Blow to Jitendra Awhad
The induction of Abhijeet Pawar and Hemant Vani into the NCP is seen as a significant blow to Jitendra Awhad, as both were known to be his staunch supporters. Their departure has weakened Awhad’s organizational base in Thane and Mumbra.
